Recipe of Dumplings with speck

Cook the onion with some oil into a pan at medium heat until it starts sizzling. In a bowl put the bread, speck cut in cubes, the crumbled sausage, onion, milk, eggs and nutmeg. Add the flour and form the dumplings. Boil in salted water for about 15 minutes. If the dumplings are too soft add more flour, if too hard add some milk.

  • 2 eggs

  • Nutmeg
