Local typical products and culinary delicacies in Anterivo
At the Hotel Langeshof, the owner of the hotel Adele will delight the palate with sublime typical specialties, as well as excellent Italian and international dishes created and cared with love personally by her and made with fresh and km 0 ingredients and locally produced, most coming from the home garden, such as vegetables, fruit and herbs. In the morning a hearty breakfast awaits you with sweets, jams, syrups and other homemade delicacies. In the evening, however, you can choose between two different menus. To add an aromatic note to the dishes, a pinch of homemade herbal salt is added.
The specialty of the land is the Anterivo coffee made with lupin seeds, a typical plant of the area, and mixed with barley, wheat and figs. Lupino di Anterivo Slow Food Presidium is also used for other products, such as Anterivo lupin beer and schnapps, the refine chocolate and cheese.
Hotel Langeshof
Hotel Langeshof is located in Anterivo, in the heart of the Monte Corno Nature Park and close to the GEROPARC Bletterbach, on the border between South Tyrol and Trentino.
The pride of this structure is the culinary delights, at the base of the dishes always fresh and 0 km ingredients coming from the home garden, such as vegetables, fruit and aromatic herbs. Everything is prepared with love and care by the owner.
Immersed in the tranquility of nature, the family hotel is a true paradise for adults and children. There are several services dedicated to them: outdoor pool, children's pool, park and play room, menus and accessories for children, kitchenette available to heat or prepare baby food, strollers and backpacks for children. One of the itineraries recommended to families, which starts right outside the door of the establishment, is the Sentiero delle Leggende (Path of the Legends) where you'll discover the mysteries of the enchanted forest.
