The cuisine of the Alpenrose hotel restaurant draws inspiration from local recipes and Mediterranean inspiration. Guests can enjoy delicious dumplings, fresh pasta and sublime fish and meat dishes. All paired with fine local and Italian labels. In the stube, on the other hand, you can enjoy a plate of speck and excellent sandwiches, always paired with the best South Tyrolean wines. At the Alpenrose you will enjoy a mouth-watering food and wine experience.
Wirtshaushotel Alpenrose
The Wirtshaushotel Alpenrose is South Tyrol's first inn, where you can experience unforgettable holidays in a cosy atmosphere inspired by the rural lifestyle.
The Alpenrose is the ideal starting point for your hiking, biking and climbing tours in summer. In winter, the slopes of Plan de Corones, South Tyrol's largest ski area, are only 10 minutes away by car and can be easily reached with the free ski bus. The area also invites for cross-country skiing, ski touring, snowshoeing, tobogganing and ice skating.
Delicious local and Mediterranean dishes accompanied by South Tyrolean delicacies are served in the restaurant with terrace. The restaurant is also suitable for weddings and the celebration of special occasions. In the hotel's stube, you can enjoy the famous bacon platter paired with the best local wines.
After a hike in the mountains or a day on the slopes, you can relax in the wellness area, which includes: indoor pool, relaxation area with steam and Finnish saunas, family sauna, whirlpool, Kneipp pool, massage room and two relaxation rooms. Treatments and massages on request.
For families with children, the hotel offers various facilities, such as a games room with a small cinema, ball pool, table football, drawing table, toy kitchen, painting utensils, bowling alley and playground.
