Since 1886 at the end of the harvest period, the Grape Festival is celebrated in Merano, which every five years is the cornerstone of the assembly of the South Tyrolean bands. This year this event takes place from the 20th of October. The best moment of the Grape Festival is the Parade with the allegorical cars, which are accompanied by ethnic groups.
