This romantic, recently renovated holiday flat is located in "Villa Mozart", a historical listed building in the centre of Kiens where you can spend the holiday of your dreams amidst the Dolomites. Its 158 square meters offer up to 7 people or two families plenty of space to enjoy a relaxing holiday. The flat features three bedrooms, two of which boast wood panelling, two bathrooms, a kitchen, a Finnish sauna made of wood, a cellar, two car parking spaces just outside the building and an original 18th century Tyrolean-style lounge with a traditional stove. The ground floor also features a ski storage room to lock and a tumble dryer. On request ski rental is possible. Furnished in a charming, country cottage style, it is just a few minutes' walk from the centre of Kiens where a baker's, butcher's, a bank, restaurants, several chemists, bars and cafés are located.  In the summer, the recreational “Issengo Lake” which is just a few minutes’ drive from the flat, offers lots of leisure activities including a small lake where bathing is permitted and an adventure park with rope courses. The flat can also be used as a handy point of departure for cycling or mountain bike rides, tours and mountain hikes. In the winter, the largest ski resort in the vicinity – Kronplatz – as well as the renowned Gadertal and Corvara are just perfect for cross-country and alpine skiing and snowboarding.  You can even enjoy a car-free holiday thanks to the excellent bus and train connections in the Eisack and the Puster valleys. Our romantic flat is the perfect place to reunite after a long, adventurous day. The original, 18th century, country-style living room is the focal point of this large flat. Lovingly furnished in every detail, it is the ideal place to forget the frenzy of everyday life and experience true relaxation. The rural table, the sofa, the bench and the warm, pleasant atmosphere created by the traditional stove invite everyone to relax. The whole ground-floor apartment is provided with heating and the large kitchen tempts you to use your imagination and try out new recipes. Nevertheless, if you don't feel like cooking, you can always treat yourself to a meal in one of the nearby restaurants. Not far from the apartment, haute cuisine is at hand in the Michelin-awarded "Schöneck" restaurant in Pfalzen, in the “Tanzer” gourmet restaurant or in the historical Sichelburg castle.
