From the Hut you reach in a few minutes the start of the chimney and you climb it entirely. Reach through a short canal a pass on the west ridge and follow the path for a short tract along the ridge; from a detrital shoulder take a ledge that takes to the south wall of the Castelletto again. Go on for easy but steep steps, obliquely to the right towards a big stony "nose" on the right edge of the wall. Traverse towards right under the "nose" and just before it go back to the left. Go up again till the little and marked east shoulder of the top ridge. From here, along the path that follows the east ridge, reach the top..
