The Villa Nussbaumer apartments are located in a quiet and panoramic location of Siusi allo Sciliar, 500 meters from the center of the town.

Thanks to the its proximity to the Alpe di Siusi cable car, within a few minutes by car or a 15-minute walk, the plateau offers endless opportunities for leisure and activities. In the summer you can choose between hiking, mountain biking, horseback riding, or golf while discovering the beautiful dolomitic landscapes.

In winter, Alpe di Siusi becomes a paradise for downhill and cross-country skiers. The ski area Gardena / Alpe di Siusi, with its 175 kilometers of perfectly maintained ski slopes and direct link to the famous Sellaronda skitour, is considered one of the most suitable family ski resorts in South Tyrol. Snowshoeing, sledding, and mountaineering complete the winter offerings.
