The location of the house on the outskirts of the village is a convenient starting point for the various activities both in summer and winter.
The lift station of "Piz Sorega", only 5 minutes by car or easily reached by ski bus, provides a connection to the slopes of Alta Badia, the famous Sella Ronda and the entire ski area of Dolomiti Superski.
In summer the scenic trails offer opportunities for walking and hiking, enjoying spectacular views of the Dolomites declared UNESCO world heritage. A large garden around the house offers play space for children.
