  • 300 g. of boiled spinach, squeezed and passed to the mixer
  • 300 g. of flour
  • 120 cc. carbonated mineral water or milk
  • 2 eggs
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Nutmeg

Dressing:

  • 1 knob of butter (30 g)
  • 2 slices of ham cut a little big
  • 1 glasses of white wine
  • 1 glass of single cream
  • Parmesan
  • Salt
  • Pepper
