Recipe of Tonco de Pontesel (traditional)


Pour the warm dressing white flour, stirring with a wooden spoon. After a few minutes add a teaspoon of tomato previously dissolved in a cup of warm water. Add the sausage, cut into slices about 1 cm thick. Cook for ½ hour. If necessary, add a little white wine. Serve hot with hot polenta.
