We rent in our family apartment house clima house category A certified, a new 115m² apartment with open space kitchen, three spacious bedrooms, large bathroom with two sinks, shower and bathtub, an additional bathroom with shower, also a laundry room with washer and dryer. The heating (floor heating) and cooling (ceiling cooling) of the building is operated by an air heat pump, thereby ensuring an ecological and sustainable way of heating and air conditioning. The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge, freezer, ceramic hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, pots, crockery, cutlery and tea towels. We also provide cots, highchairs, children's crockery, games, books, etc. We have two private parking spaces for your vehicles. You can deposite bicycles in our underground garage. Free Wi-Fi and WinePASS included, also unlimited use of public transport in South Tyrol. Pets are not allowed in our house for hygienic reasons. The new apartment is a Non smoking apartment.
