The Dolorama Trail is one of the most scenic hiking routes in South Tyrol, Italy. Located in the Isarco Valley (Eisack Valley), it crosses some of the most spectacular landscapes of the Dolomites, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, connecting the Rodengo-Luson Alpine Pasture (Rodeneck-LĂŒsen Alp) with Laion (Lajen), at the gateway to Val Gardena.

Where does the Dolorama Trail start and end?
The trail starts on the Rodengo-Luson Alpine Pasture, between the Puster Valley and the Isarco Valley. It continues around Mount Plose, the local mountain of Bressanone (Brixen), passes through the beautiful Funes Valley (Villnöss Valley) and finishes in Laion (Lajen), the gateway to Val Gardena (Gröden).
Along the way, hikers enjoy alpine meadows, forests, traditional mountain huts and unforgettable panoramic views of the Dolomites.
