The flavors of South Tyrol at Lüsnerhof
Gastronomy is one of the central elements of the hotel. The cuisine focuses on organic, seasonal and local products, with vegetables, aromatic herbs and roots from the hotel's gardens and the Blauerhof farm in Val di Funes.
Lüsnerhof is a Bioland partner with Bronze certification and collaborates with alpine huts, dairies, bakeries and farms in the area. Cheeses, milk, butter, eggs, bread, game and wild herbs thus enter the hotel's gastronomic offering, along with a selection of organic and biodynamic South Tyrolean wines.
The Slow Food Days are part of the Slow Food Travel network, which allows you to discover the territory through its gastronomic productions and direct relationships with local farmers, artisans and producers.
