Sledding is very widespread in Valle Isarco valley. In fact, this area boasts many perfectly prepared slopes, with natural or artificial snow. Some of them are floodlit and/or offer refuges where you can have a break or stop for dinner. Many of these refuges rent sleds as well.
Furthermore, Valle Isarco features the longest slope in South Tyrol, starting in Valcroce, from the Plose ski area over Bressanone, and ending in Sant'Andrea after 11.7 km.
