Lake Santo
The lake Santo lies in the northern slope of the Vale di Cembra. It is easily reachable by car, mountain bike or on foot, and several activities can be made here. In its waters, although the 1194 m, it is possible to refresh during the summer, while in winter on its icy waters curling is practiced. This lake has become more and more well-known for the fascinating thick woods along its shores that suddenly fade into its sweet waters. The painter Albrecht Dürer painted it in some watercolours.
