The Cheese Festival returns to Campo Tures with its 15th edition. This gourmet event is more than a cheese exhibition, it is a Slow Food Fair and a leading event in the sector. All kinds of cheeses can be tasted, accompanied by specialist speakers from all over Europe.
To mark the occasion, restaurants in the area will be expanding their menus with so-called 'speciality days'. Cheese dishes will be served in all participating restaurants.
Even the youngest guests will be able to have fun: with the help of the producers they can create with their own hands from fresh cheese to mozzarella, from Graukäse to chocolate.
