Tesero and its Nativity Scenes is a traditional Christmas event. From December 5 to January 9 many nativity scenes of high artistic value will be displayed in the most charming locations of this village of the Val di Fiemme valley, creating a path which leads to the discovery of Tesero's most hidden soul.
The trail winds among the historical buildings, such as Casa Jellici, hosting about 30 nativity scenes, the square Piazza Cesare Battisti with its full size nativity scene. Worth a visit are also the about 80 local nativity scenes scattered in the old town and lit from late afternoon to midnight.
