Hotel Alpino

In Varena, a village of Ville di Fiemme, the Hotel Alpino is a family-run hotel at the foot of the Corno Nero, just 3 km from Cavalese. A quiet location, convenient for exploring the Val di Fiemme and the Dolomites, both in summer and in winter.

In winter, the area offers many opportunities for skiers and families: from the slopes of the Val di Fiemme-Obereggen ski area to cross-country ski trails and snowshoeing routes. At Lavazè, the Snow Park also offers sledding, bobsleigh and snow tubing runs, while in Cavalese and at Lago di Tesero you can go ice skating.

Guests can use mountain bikes and poles for nordic walking and snow walking, as well as a space to store equipment. The Fiemme Guest Card makes it even easier to discover the activities and services of the valley.

The Hotel Alpino pays particular attention to the needs of families, with an indoor and outdoor playground where children can play safely. Rooms can be equipped with cots, bottle warmers and toilet seat adapters, while the restaurant offers high chairs, bibs and menus designed for the little ones. Throughout the year, activities designed to experience the mountains together as a family are also offered.

In the morning, guests find a rich buffet breakfast, with organic products, homemade bread, artisanal jams and a variety of sweet and savoury options. In the evening, dishes combining Mediterranean flavours with Trentino tradition are served, with attention to allergies, intolerances and different dietary needs. After a day spent on trails, ski slopes or outdoor activities, the wellness area offers a Finnish sauna, bio sauna, Turkish bath, whirlpool tub and relaxation area.
