This pleasant walk along the Rienza River connects San Lorenzo di Sebato to Brunico, offering a relaxing and scenic route. The starting point is the large parking area in the village center, from where you follow trail no. 2 leading to the Rienza promenade.
The flat and well-maintained path runs alongside the river, with beautiful views of the Rieserferner Group, whose snow-capped peaks frame the landscape.
After about 40 minutes of walking, you reach Brunico, a charming medieval town where you can visit the castle, stroll through the historic center, or enjoy a break in one of the local cafés.
The walk can also be done in reverse, starting from Brunico and heading to San Lorenzo.
