Lake of Ghedina

The Ghedina Lake (1,457 m) lies at the foot of the Tofane, north-west of Cortina d'Ampezzo.

Actually the lakes are two: on the shore of the biggest there is the homonymous Hut.

Ghedina Lake: how to get there

Catch the urban bus that from Cortina leads to Fiàmes, then run southwards along the highroad for about 400 m. Turn right and pass the Ponte de Ra Sia: an asphalted road will lead you to the lake (about 3 km).

An alternative itinerary is by the Tofane cableway as far as Col Drusciè station. From here the path n. 413 descends to the road below and along it you will arrive to the lake in a few time.
