At the Pineta Pastry Hotel, the first pastry hotel of the Marmolada, the holiday is synonymous with gourmet. With the Sweet Half Board the genuine flavors of the cuisine and the pastry specialties will delight your palate from morning to evening. You start with a hearty breakfast in the morning, then in the afternoon the Nesello artisanal pastry shop is available. You finish in the evening with a delicious dinner of typical Dolomite dishes combined with fine wines from the cellar or a mug of Birra Dolomiti.
Here the artisan pastry is at home. A true passion that has been handed down for years, a pure art form that creates something truly unique and special. If you want to taste the sublime pastry creations, go to the hotel's Nesello patisserie, also open to the public every day and continuously.
Pineta Pastry Hotel
The Pineta Pastry Hotel in Rocca Pietore is located in a scenic location at the foot of the majestic and imposing Marmolada, the Queen of the Dolomites with its 3.343 meters of height, in Val Pettorina.
It’s a paradise for summer excursions, mountain biking, climbing and iron ways. In winter, it is the perfect destination for skiing enthusiasts due to its proximity to the lifts of Malga Ciapela and Ski Civetta. For those who do not like downhill skiing, there are beautiful views of the Marmolada even while cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, telemarking or experiencing the thrill of climbing on ice.
The hotel is the first pastry Marmolada hotel, offering its clients a unique service of its kind. Inside the property, there is in fact the Nesello pastry shop, also open to the public every day and all day. Guests or connoisseurs can spend an exciting holiday of taste and sweetness and enjoy in peace the patisserie creations lovingly prepared by the pastry chef Christopher, the current owner of the hotel. Strudels, donuts, cannoli, Sacher, Bavarian lemon and many other delicacies await you for greedy moments to spend together.
