A panoramic and varied hike starting from the picturesque village of Antermoia, crossing some of the most scenic landscapes of Alta Badia. The route passes the Rina Alpine Hut, the idyllic Lé de Munt da Rina lake, the panoramic Monte Muro and its mountain hut, before returning to Antermoia via Pé de Börz.
Detailed itinerary
From Antermoia, follow trail 20B toward Alfarei, crossing meadows and forests. Continue on trail 20B until a junction, then take trail 26B toward Munt da Rina. At the Munt da Rina Hut (refreshments available), follow trail 26 to Col dal Lé and the Lé de Munt da Rina lake, nestled among pastures and rocks. From the lake, descend via trail 37 to the Forcella di Lijun, then continue on trail 1A toward Monte Muro and the Monte Muro Hut (second refreshment stop). Shortly before Pé de Börz, turn left onto gravel road no. 1, then follow trail 1B and finally trail 1A back to Antermoia.

- The route has no exposed or dangerous sections, but requires good fitness due to its length and elevation gain.
- Check hut opening times before departure; otherwise, bring food and water.
- Wear hiking boots and weather-appropriate clothing.
- Best time: late spring to early autumn.
