The Thousand Faces of the Forest

A circular walk suitable for everyone, including families with children, ideal from April to September.

The starting and ending point is the Marande area on the Brocon Pass, in the municipality of Castello Tesino. It can be reached from the SS 47 Valsugana road by taking the Strigno exit if coming from Trento, or the Grigno exit if arriving from Bassano, then following the signs for Castello Tesino.

The educational trail, focused on biological and wildlife features, begins in Marande and leads to the historic Prà Pezzè alpine hut before returning to the starting point.

This route aims to bring both adults and children closer to nature, allowing them to discover the magic of the forest while spending a few hours outdoors.

Along the way, 22 information panels provide naturalistic and cultural insights, offering a truly unique educational and recreational experience.

Oliver, the trail’s mascot, will guide visitors along the itinerary, hinting at the treasures waiting to be discovered at each stage. Rest areas are also available for refreshing breaks and to admire the stunning views of the surrounding landscape.

Those who prefer a shorter walk can take a shortcut that reduces the route to 3.6 km.
