To reach the starting point, first arrive in Chiusa. At the main crossroads in the town center, turn left and follow the road uphill towards Verdings. After passing the village, continue until the junction for Garn. Turn right, cross the village, and pass the Garner Weather Cross (Wetterkreuz). Shortly afterwards, you will find a large parking area, the starting point of the hike.
From the parking lot, the trail leads to the Caerna Cross. The path begins as a wide gravel road, which soon narrows into a track through the forest. As the vegetation opens up, breathtaking views appear: the Odle Group, the Sciliar, the Catinaccio, and many other majestic Dolomite peaks.
Continue along trail no. 10A, crossing alpine pastures until you reach the summit of Monte Pascolo, where a panoramic 360-degree view rewards the effort with unforgettable scenery over the Dolomites and the Isarco Valley.
