In the heart of the Dolomites, San Vigilio di Marebbe hosts the second edition of the VAL SINERGIA Festival, an event dedicated to yoga, meditation, movement, and conscious wellness. The name captures the very essence of the festival: “VAL”, meaning valley in Ladin, and “Sinergia”, which represents the power of working together. It is a meeting of nature, people, and energies coming together to create a unique experience of growth and connection.
During the four days of the festival, participants can immerse themselves in a rich program designed to nourish body, mind, and spirit. Among the majestic Dolomite mountains, you will have the opportunity to attend conferences, workshops, guided hikes, yoga and meditation sessions, exploring different techniques and disciplines to let your vital energy flow.
