Recipe of Savoy cabbage and beans soup

Soak the beans 24 hours. Boil beans, garlic, laurel, celery, carrots and salt for about 30-40 minutes. Burn the clean and washed Savoy cabbage for 2 minutes; then combine it with the beans adding, sometimes, hot water. At the end of the cooking add the remaining oil and sprinkle with just ground pepper. Mix and serve lukewarm.
