B&B Alla Stanga

The B & B has four rooms, each dedicated to a mountain of the territory, with enchanting views of the surrounding peaks. Each stay includes a rich breakfast, with homemade products such as homemade jams, freshly baked bread, cakes, pies, brioches and yogurt, to start the day with taste and simplicity. A few steps from the B&B is the historic Alla Stanga restaurant, whose origins date back to 1802. Once a stopping point for the postal couriers of the Austro-Hungarian Kingdom, today it still preserves traces of that past, visible in the external structure where the ancient stables were located for the exchange of horses. Also mentioned in the stories of famous mountaineers such as Cesare Tomè and Gottfried Merzbacher, the restaurant is now recognized among the Historical Places of Veneto. The cuisine pays homage to local tradition, with genuine dishes prepared with simple and authentic ingredients, including the famous meatballs of the house. Next to the restaurant you can also opt for a more informal proposal, which recalls the rustic and convivial atmosphere of the old inns.

Alla Stanga is the ideal starting point to explore the surrounding area. Patrizia and Luca, the owners, are guides of the National Mountain Bike Academy and they gladly offer tips and routes for hiking or cycling. From the panoramic trails of the Val de Piero and Forcella Oderz to the majestic Principe Umberto waterfall, reachable in ten minutes on foot, to the Prati di Salet and Monte Coro, to the peaks of the Schiara with the Bianchet Hut and Celo Mount, or still along the historical traces of the fortresses of I Castei and the mines of Valle Imperina, each step tells a story and offers unforgettable views.

Those travelling by bike or motorbike will find in the structure a reception designed to measure, with small workshop, secure car park, possibility of rental bicycles also electric, taxi service with transport means.
