The Via Ferrata Denti di Terrarossa is a panoramic route that unfolds among the striking Dolomite towers overlooking the Alpe di Siusi.
From the Alpe di Tires Hut, a well-marked trail leads toward the gully separating the two main “Denti”, immediately immersing hikers in a dramatic and typically Dolomitic rocky landscape.
The approach is fairly long but always clear. The first equipped sections appear on the metal steps that help overcome the initial rocky barrier. From here, the route reaches a scenic saddle, a privileged viewpoint over the vast Alpe di Siusi plateau.
Continuing to the left, the ferrata follows an airy yet walkable ridge, where surefootedness is essential. Steel cables are installed only on the most exposed passages, while the rest of the itinerary unfolds along a mountain trail. The highest point exceeds 2,600 meters, offering wide, luminous views of the surrounding Dolomites.
