The Panoramic Walk on Monte Piatto is a scenic hike starting from S. Antonio in Val Giovo and leading to the small chapel below the Jaufen Pass, offering spectacular views over the Racines Valley and the Giovo Valley.
The route begins with a steep section through the forest up to the Platschjoch, then continues with a gentle ascent towards the Gostjöchl. The destination is the charming alpine chapel, an ideal spot to rest and admire the landscape. From here, you can descend into the valley via Casalupa and return to S. Antonio, or choose shorter family-friendly variants such as the panoramic trail starting from the Kalcheralm car park along the Jaufen Pass road.

- By car: from Vipiteno follow the signs to Val Giovo, turn left at Casateia and continue for about 1 km to S. Antonio.
