From June 19 to 21, 2026, Val di Fiemme in Trentino will host a new edition of the Dolomiti Wellness Festival, the event that officially marks the beginning of the summer season and celebrates the connection between people and nature, physical activity and overall wellbeing.
Set against the spectacular backdrop of the Dolomites, the festival represents the highlight of the Wellness Week, a week dedicated to outdoor experiences starting on June 15. The heart of the event will be the Predazzo Biolake, a unique setting where water, forests and mountains come together, becoming the ideal place for activities, workshops and moments of relaxation.
A Destination for Regenerative Tourism
Val di Fiemme's role as host is no coincidence. After welcoming the competitions of the 2026 Winter Olympic and Paralympic Games, the valley has established itself as one of the leading destinations focused on quality of life and sustainable wellbeing, earning recognition as the first Wellness Community in Italy and the Alpine region.
The goal is to promote a new way of travelling that goes beyond a simple holiday, offering experiences that encourage balance, mindfulness and a deeper connection with nature.
Wellness Week Program
One of the highlights is the Dolomiti Wellness Marathon, a journey divided into seven daily stages of approximately six kilometres each, corresponding to the 10,000 steps recommended for maintaining good health. By the end of the week, participants will have covered the symbolic distance of a full marathon.
Each day focuses on a specific theme and features experts and professionals from different fields. Topics include human relationships, natural movement, nutrition, breathing techniques and regenerative practices such as Forest Bathing and barefoot walking through the BAM™ (Barefoot Alpine Method).
Festival Weekend: June 19–21
During the weekend, the festival reaches its peak with numerous activities taking place around the Biolake, along the valley trails and in the historic centre of Predazzo.
The Alpine Vibes area will host yoga, Pilates, Qi Gong, dance and other holistic disciplines. Among the most anticipated events are Yoga Under the Stars on Friday evening and Saturday's evocative Candlelight Conversation, a unique experience combining meditation and sound healing by candlelight.
Those interested in health and personal development can take part in the Experience & Talk area, featuring workshops and meetings dedicated to mindful eating, natural medicine and women's wellbeing.
Visitors will also find spaces designed for relaxation, including the open-air Natural SPA, as well as areas where participants can meet trainers and wellness professionals. In the centre of Predazzo, the Wellness Shop Village will showcase organic products and authentic flavours from Trentino.
