On Friday, June 5, Klausen will once again host the Eisack Valley White Wine Festival | SABIONA, an event dedicated to the valley’s finest white wines. The festival celebrates the outstanding winemaking excellence produced between Neustift, Klausen, and the southern areas of the Eisack Valley, highlighting the quality of the local vineyards.
In the charming Capuchin Garden, expert sommeliers will guide visitors through several tasting stations featuring a selection of labels from local producers. The tasting journey is organized by grape variety, offering the opportunity to discover and compare the different expressions of the region’s wines.
To complement the tastings, a selection of regional culinary specialties will be served, carefully chosen to enhance each glass.
