The third edition of Vinaltum is born from the collaboration between Danilo D’Ambra and Luciano Rappo, with the goal of creating a high-level wine event that combines wine tradition and innovation, offering a meeting point for enthusiasts, producers, and industry professionals.
Key figures of the project also include Danilo D’Ambra, President of FISAR for Bolzano and Bassa Atesina, and Luciano Rappo, senior consultant and leading figure in the world of oenology, together with Pietro Cormaci, Brand Ambassador, and Rinaldo Hauser, expert sommelier and “Custodian of Taste”. The shared goal is to build a direct bridge between wineries, buyers, and final consumers, enhancing dialogue and wine culture.

The 2026 edition of Vinaltum will take place on May 17–18, 2026, in the stunning setting of Castel Mareccio, in the heart of Bolzano’s historic center.
Surrounded by vineyards and overlooking the city, the castle blends the charm of a medieval fortress with Renaissance elegance. A place rich in history, once a noble residence and now an exclusive venue for prestigious events.
