The Speck Safari offers an exclusive experience to discover Bolzano’s historic city center and learn about one of the most iconic local gastronomic products: Speck. Organized in collaboration with the South Tyrol Speck Consortium, the experience combines a guided city tour with a meeting with the Speck ambassador, an expert who explains the origins, production methods, and unique characteristics of this product. The experience concludes with a Speck tasting accompanied by a glass of wine in a traditional tavern.

When: Every Wednesday in April, May, September, and October
Meeting point: 3:00 pm at the Tourist Information Office, Piazza del Grano 11

Price: €25 adults; €20 with Bolzano Bozen Card (excluding Bolzano Bozen Card Mobility) and children 6–14 years; free for children under 6 years
