Two entire apartments of about 70 square metres (750 square ft.) each, centrally located, just ten-minute walk from Walther square ("navel" of Bolzano), next to the Ritten plateau cable car and convenient both to visit the city and for excursions in the surrounding area. During the Christmas season, the nearby Walther square is the main area of the Christmas Market. In our apartments, we follow the guidelines of the Italian Health Institute for the prevention of SARS-CoV-2 coronavirus infection. If you are our guests, you can use free buses and cable cars and get free access to more than 90 museums. Included in the price, indeed, each guest over age 6 receives a Bolzano Bozen Card. This card provides many services and advantages for visiting Bolzano and its surroundings: • the free use of public transport and the main cableways of the South Tyrolean Transportation Network, • the entry to more than 90 museums and castles • and much more. THE APARTMENTS They are quiet houses, in a commonhold, served by a lift (internal width of the door 60 cm [23.6 in.]): the apartment “Modern” is at the second floor (3rd floor according the USA floor numbering scheme), while the “Classic” one is at the third floor (4th floor according the USA scheme). Both apartments have a European king size bed and a double sofa bed (mattress width of the sofa bed: 140 cm [55 in]). Ideal for couples and families; they can also be booked together, for two families who want to vacation in the same period. Convenient also for those arriving by train. The kitchen of both apartments is equipped with an oven, a fridge, an induction stove, a microwave oven, a dishwasher, a kettle and a coffee machine (Nespresso for the apartment "Modern", Dolce Gusto for the "Classic"). Meals and breakfast are not provided. Both have an ample balcony that overlooks the commonhold fenced garden and are equipped with a full HD television with Italian and German channels. The bathrooms have a large multifunction shower cabin. For both apartments: • at guests' disposal, pots and pans, bed linen, towels, soap and toilet paper, • Free Wi-Fi, • 6 Kg washing machine. A travel cot, complete with sheets, and a table booster seat for a baby are available on request. COSY APARTMENT - MODERN It has a modern and colorful look. It’s made up of entrance, living room/kitchen, double bedroom, bathroom, laundry room and balcony with motorized roller shutters. COSY APARTMENT - CLASSIC It has a classic look, with paintings and bookcases. It’s made up of kitchen, living room, double bedroom, bathroom, corridor and balcony.
