From 13 May to 8 June 2025, the historic centre of Belluno will be transformed into an open-air gallery thanks to an evocative diffuse photographic route. The capital's most representative streets and squares - Piazza dei Martiri, Piazza dei Martiri Park, Piazza Vittorio Emanuele II, Piazza Duomo, Via Rialto (Porta Dojona), and the area of the Italian Post Office - will welcome author's shots capable of enriching the walk of citizens and visitors with emotion and beauty.
The official opening will be held on Saturday 17 May at 5.15 p.m. at the Fulcis Museum, where the entire exhibition itinerary will start.
Protagonists of the exhibition will be images from the ‘Snow Games’ collection, from the Olympic Museum in Lausanne and the Italian Paralympic Committee. The photographs, which tell stories of sport, inclusion, determination and peace, celebrate the exploits and values of Paralympic athletes, offering an intense and engaging look at the challenges faced on ice and snow.
The initiative is part of the Milan Cortina 2026 Cultural Olympiad, the official programme that will accompany the country towards the Olympic and Paralympic Winter Games, promoting Olympism through art, culture and participation. With this exhibition, Belluno symbolically joins the journey towards the most eagerly awaited sporting event, sharing a message of pride and inclusion.
