For all lovers of South Tyrolean cuisine, the “Dolomites Taste Festival” returns from June 6th to 21st, 2026—a journey through dishes prepared with 100% zero-kilometer ingredients, sourced directly from the Dolomites region of Alpe di Siusi.
Gourmets can discover a wide selection of local specialties in carefully chosen restaurants, enjoying an authentic and sustainable culinary experience.
What makes these culinary weeks unique is that all ingredients in the dishes, except for oil, salt, pepper, and sugar, come exclusively from Alpe di Siusi, ensuring freshness, quality, and respect for the local territory.
The goal of the Dolomites Taste Festival is to promote a 100% regional and sustainable culinary offering, while fostering direct collaboration between chefs, farmers, and local producers to showcase the very best of Dolomite gastronomic heritage.
The kick-off event “South Tyrol cools” takes place on 22.05.26 at 12:00 in Kastelruth.
Another highlight is the “Völser Dorfkuchl” (street food festival) with show kitchens and gastronomic stands in Völs am Schlern, which takes place on 06.06.26 from 18:00.
