Nestled at the foot of the majestic Catinaccio and surrounded by the UNESCO Dolomites, the Flowtrail Carezza is one of South Tyrol’s most spectacular MTB routes. Entirely dedicated to mountain biking, the trail winds down the scenic Rio Nigra valley, offering the perfect blend of flow, adrenaline and breathtaking Dolomite views.
To reach the starting point, simply take the Nova Levante cable car. Once at the top, the meadows of Malga Frommer mark the beginning of the adventure. From here, the trail dives into the forest, crosses bright clearings and launches into a continuous flow of berms, north‑shores, wooden bridges and jumps.
The route stretches for 4.4 km, descending to the valley floor with an average gradient of 11%, ideal for maintaining speed and fun without overly technical sections. The extended final part now includes additional drops, tables and jumps, making the trail even more varied and engaging.
Next to the main trail lies a large skills area, perfect for improving technique and bike control: pumptrack, jumpline, rock garden, switchbacks, balance north‑shores, steps and bunnyhop obstacles. A true playground for riders of all levels.
