Soraga Nature Path

This pleasant loop walk lets you discover Soraga and its surroundings by following the course of the Avisio River, through quiet woods, open clearings and charming views of the village. It is an easy route suitable for everyone, perfect for a short nature outing or a relaxing family walk.

Route Description

The walk starts near the footbridge by the playground in Soraga. After crossing the bridge, turn left and follow the Avisio along a flat, shaded stretch. The path soon meets a forest road, which you follow comfortably until reaching the La Molinella hotel.

Here, leave the forest road and climb to the right, passing a barrier and continuing straight ahead. Shortly afterwards you reach a junction: turn right again, following the signs and wooden structures of the “Percorso Natura” educational trail, which highlights local flora, fauna and traditions.

The route continues on a flat section leading to a wide open area, ideal for a short break. From here, the path descends gently toward Soraga Alta, offering a lovely view of the village houses. Enter the hamlet and follow the road that quickly drops back down to the Avisio, returning in just a few minutes to the starting point.
