The Art Trail around the Moarberger pond in Riscone is a short themed walk that blends nature and creativity, easily accessible from Brunico.
In the heart of the Dolomites region of Plan de Corones, the Art Trail of Riscone unfolds along the southern shore of the Moarberger pond, in a peaceful and scenic setting. Along the path, unusual artistic installations are discreetly integrated into the landscape — some are only revealed to the attentive eye, turning the walk into an experience of discovery and contemplation.
The trail is very short and accessible, measuring approximately 778 meters, with minimal elevation gain (9 m uphill, 21 m downhill) and an average duration of 12 minutes. The altitude ranges between 907 and 921 meters, making it suitable for everyone, including children and people with limited mobility.
It can be reached from Brunico via three main access points: through Waldheim, from the panoramic Kaiserwarte via trail no. 21A, or from Via Riscone, below the Bar Pub Sport’s Arena, following trail no. 21C.
