Alpago

The Municipality of Alpago, in the province of Belluno, includes the villages and localities of Farra d'Alpago, Pieve d'Alpago and Puos d'Alpago, which became part of a single municipality in 2016. It lies in the Alpago basin, surrounded by the Belluno Prealps, between the Piave Valley and Val Lapisina. To the southwest lies Lake Santa Croce, while to the southeast the landscape rises towards the Cansiglio Plateau.
