The Gourmet Dinner on Monte Cavallo returns with a new, highly anticipated edition! On Friday, 17 July 2026, lovers of fine dining will enjoy an exclusive experience suspended between sky and town, above the rooftops of Vipiteno. The cable car cabins are transformed into a moving panoramic restaurant, where taste, landscape, and summer atmosphere blend in a truly unique way.
The evening begins at 6:00 PM at the valley station with a welcome aperitif, accompanied by a selection of wines and relaxed live music. Afterwards, each guest is welcomed into their private cabin to begin an extraordinary gastronomic journey.
During the ascent, a multi-course gourmet menu is served, featuring creative dishes paired with carefully selected wines. All this while the sunset colors the mountains and the view over Vipiteno makes the experience even more magical. At the end of the dinner, the evening continues at the Biwak restaurant, where dessert, music, and a warm atmosphere conclude the event beautifully.
The experience costs €130.00, including wine pairing. A special occasion that combines signature cuisine, Alpine scenery, and an unforgettable atmosphere.
