The Gourmet Dinner on Monte Cavallo returns with a new, long-awaited edition! On 17 July 2027, lovers of haute cuisine will be able to enjoy an exclusive experience suspended between sky and city, above the rooftops of Vipiteno. The cable car cabins turn into a panoramic restaurant in motion, where taste, landscape and summer atmosphere blend in a unique way.
The evening begins at 18:00 at the lower station with a welcome aperitif accompanied by a selection of wines and live music with a relaxed rhythm. Afterwards, each guest is welcomed into their private cabin to begin a gastronomic journey truly out of the ordinary.
During the ascent, a gourmet menu is served in several courses, with creative dishes paired with selected wines. All while the sunset colours the mountains and the view over Vipiteno makes the experience even more evocative.
The cost of the experience is €135.00, including wine pairing. Children pay €95.00
(birth year between 2011 - 2018). A special appointment that combines author's cuisine, alpine panorama and a truly unforgettable atmosphere.
