Wired Next Fest lands in Rovereto for a new edition dedicated to innovation and transformation. As the largest free-entry event in Italy focused on digital technologies and their impact on society, this year’s festival revolves around the theme “Energies” — a call to action to rethink our relationship with the planet, technology, and a world in constant evolution.
For three days, the city will become a hub of ideas and exchange, with a packed program of talks, exhibitions, networking sessions, live performances, workshops, and hands-on labs. Leading voices from the worlds of science, technology, business, and culture — including major companies, startups, researchers, artists, and thinkers — will take part in the event. Among the headliners are Nello Cristianini, Alfio Quarteroni, Gianfranco Pacchioni, and Giada Pistilli, who will explore key topics such as AI, green tech, European digital autonomy, automation, inequality, cybersecurity, and education.
A major new feature of the 2025 edition is a dedicated program for local schools: a learning journey into digital communication and media, designed to engage high school students ahead of the festival and prepare them to take part in meaningful conversations around the future.
