From 27 November 2026 to 3 January 2027, the village of Lagundo (Algund), located just a few minutes from Merano in South Tyrol, hosts its charming Christmas Markets.

What to find at the Christmas Markets in Lagundo

The village square becomes a small Christmas village, decorated with beautifully adorned Christmas trees featuring traditional straw stars and festive decorations.

The Christmas stalls welcome local craftsmen displaying handmade products, unique gift ideas, Christmas decorations and traditional South Tyrolean creations. It is the perfect place to find an original souvenir or a special Christmas gift.

By car

From the south: take the A22 Brenner motorway, exit at Bolzano Sud, follow the Merano-Bolzano expressway and take the Lagundo exit.
From the west: via Reschen Pass (SS40).
From the east: via Monte Croce Pass (SS49) or Val di Landro (SS49).
