Francesca Michielin will be among the guest speakers at the ninth edition of TEDxCortina, scheduled for Friday, August 22 from 10 AM at Rifugio Col Gallina. For the singer-songwriter and multi-instrumentalist from Veneto, it will be her first time on a TEDx stage, set against the scenic backdrop of the mountains where her roots lie.
Her talk fits perfectly with the 2025 theme, “FLOW – Synergies in Progress”, which explores transformation and change in all their most intense and decisive forms. A theme that mirrors Michielin’s own journey—an ever-evolving artist who has seamlessly blended music, writing, television, and film throughout her career.
Fresh from her return to the 2025 Sanremo Festival with the song Fango in Paradiso, Michielin continues to forge her own path, embracing creativity and personal truth. “I’m happy to take part in my first TEDx, especially in such a green, natural setting in my homeland, with a theme that means a lot to me: how creativity and its natural flow often clash with today’s hyper-productive, high-performance society. It will be a very meaningful moment,” she commented.
TEDxCortina, following a record-breaking 2024 edition with over 500 attendees, is back for its ninth year in the “Pearl of the Dolomites,” confirming its role as a key hub for innovation, creativity, and limitless ideas.
