The Apples

The mild climate of these areas allows the cultivation of apples until quite high altitudes, with excellent results both in aspect and in taste. Moreover these products are cultivated in the respect of the environment, using biological and ecological weed-killers and fertilizers instead of chemical ones.
Alto Adige apples, without defects or spots, can be distinguished thanks to their unmistakable flavour and taste, which made them well-known.
