For the first time, the Bad Moos Aqua Spa Resort in Sesto opens its doors in November, offering a stay dedicated to wellness, nature and relaxation in the heart of the Sesto Dolomites.
The proposal was created to experience the Dolomites in an unusual season, when the Fiscalina Valley offers a quieter and more intimate atmosphere. Bad Moos is located at the entrance to the Tre Cime Natural Park, with the famous Tre Cime di Lavaredo and the mountains of Sesto providing a stunning backdrop for your stay.
November in the Sesto Dolomites: what to do
The November offering is designed for those seeking a wellness vacation in the Dolomites, with activities dedicated to relaxation and rejuvenation.
Experiences include guided sauna programs SPA_SYSTEM® PRO, ZEROBODY DRY FLOAT sessions, photobiomodulation and ZEROBODY CRYO. For stays of at least two nights, the original Bad Moos sulfur bath is included, while longer stays add additional experiences, including an alpine hay bath and an individual consultation with the wellness team.
The daily program also allows you to alternate movement and relaxation. Guided sensory walks in the Fiscalina Valley, Aqua Gym, sauna Aufguss, Tibetan bells in the mystic cave, cheese, wine and grappa tastings, plus live music moments are planned.
Bad Moos wellness
At the center of your stay is the Soma & Anima wellness world, with 2,500 m² dedicated to spa and fitness. November becomes an opportunity to slow down after a day in the open air and dedicate yourself to wellness.
Completing the wellness offering is the Longevity Spa, dedicated to those wishing to care for their wellbeing with personalized programs. The program is developed around four areas: Stress Management, Sleep, Performance and Longevity, dedicated respectively to stress management, sleep quality, wellbeing and physical and mental performance, and the promotion of longevity.
The programs are personalized based on the guest's needs and accompanied by a wellness coach, who supports your stay with guidance and targeted activities. A way to transform a vacation in the Dolomites into an opportunity to care for yourself, surrounded by nature, movement and moments of rest.
South Tyrolean flavors and autumn atmosphere
The cuisine also follows the rhythm of the season, with a rich healthy breakfast, afternoon lunch and gastronomic offerings during the week.
Highlights include the Tyrolean evening with South Tyrolean specialties, a dessert buffet with Kaiserschmarrn, a Land & Sea evening, wine and grappa tastings and the traditional Törggelen with mulled wine.
The extraordinary November opening allows you to discover the Sesto Dolomites away from the busiest periods, alternating walks in nature, South Tyrolean flavors and wellness programs.
