Do you want to take some time for yourself and indulge in pure pleasure, far away from everyday stress? The wellness area Bad Moos TERMESANA of Dolomites Spa resort is right for you. The spa is next to a source of sulfurous water, famous for its healing properties and known since 1765. The water of the spring, which has always flowed to the foot of the Croda Rossa, is rich in minerals and sulfur, and is the basis of numerous treatments offered, such as sulfur baths, mud baths, or Turkish baths sulfur cave.
The Spa covers two floors. The first floor houses the world of saunas and alpine baths, a gymnastics room, a gym with Technogym equipment, personal trainers, and the medical center. On the second floor you can relax inside the stone pine Stube or in the outdoor massaging hot tub, go swimming in the ozone-enriched indoor pool, or tan in the summer sun on the garden recliners. Not to be missed inside the Saunarium: the panoramic sauna St. Valentin and COLD SULFUR - for arms and body, the immersion bath with sulfuric water that flows straight from the source at a temperature of 6.1 ° C. (43F). Then immerse yourself in the fabulous world of Alpine tradition and experience the pleasure of a first-class steam bath. If you want to relax with your partner, you can opt for the hay bath for two in the Spa-Suite or the romantic bath for couples in the Alpine Bad Moos SPA-Suite or choose one of the spa packages for couples.
For those who want to keep fit, we created the daily fitness program "Move & Balance". Body and facial treatments are ideal for those who want to tone and sculpt. Try the Vulcania Trilogy, an application of different muds mixed with sulfurous water which will leave you with perfectly soft skin. To complete our wellness offers: massages, physical therapy, and special treatments for expectant mothers, as well as teenagers and men.
The Bad Moos is also a Medical SPA and can issue competitive sports medical fitness eligibility, essential for those who want to practice sports in the mountains during their stay. The doctors are also specialized in medical checkups.
BAD MOOS AQUA SPA RESORT
The Bad Moos Dolomites Spa Resort is situated in a scenic location in Sesto in holiday region Three Peaks/3 Zinnen in the Dolomites. Surrounded by the imposing Tre Cime di Lavaredo, the Natural Park of the Sesto Dolomites, and the beautiful Val Fiscalina, it is a paradise for lovers of hiking, Nordic walking, horseback riding, and mountain biking. In winter, the proximity to the ski lift of Croda Rossa (opposite the hotel) offers ski lovers more than 94 km of slopes at the Three Peaks/3 Zinnen Dolomites ski resort. Those who like some quiet time can take a walk in the snowy woods with cross-country skis or snowshoes to discover the breathtaking landscapes of Val Fiscalina. You may also choose to explore the area with a sled.
The elegant wellness hotel in South Tyrol offers rooms with a refined style and warm atmosphere. The comfortable rooms and suites decorated in traditional Alpine style are divided into two types, the Style – more recent and modern – and the more classic ones. They reflect the tranquility and peace that reigns throughout the hotel and consist of: satellite TV, telephone, safe, hairdryer, bathroom with shower or bath, separate toilet, bathrobe and slippers, Wi-Fi, minibar, and balconies with extraordinary views. In the new Style typology, there are also king-size bed, the "The Flam" fireplace, the living area with pull-out sofa bed, flat screen TVs, coffee machine, tea station, minibar and glass cube bathroom with rainfall shower. At disposal four apartments in the Residence Bad Moos and two apartments in the dependence, 70 meters away from the hotel.
In the bright and panoramic restaurant the chef will serve delicious South Tyrolean specialties and refined Mediterranean cuisine. All accompanied by a selection of wines from South Tyrol. Guests can also enjoy a breakfast buffet with homemade pastries, a tasty afternoon snack, and a delicious 4-5 course dinner from a choice of menus. The staff is attentive to the needs of people with food allergies or specific dietary needs. Also organized are: dinner parties by candlelight every Sunday, romantic dinners in the Stuben, cocktails in the lounge, Feel Good menu with light meals, and weekly picnics in the summer.
Moments of pure pleasure and relaxation await you in the wellness and health center Bad Moos TERMESANA of 2500 square meters, built next to a source of Sulfur water known since 1765 for its healing properties. The wellness area which covers two floors includes: different types of saunas and baths, sulfur grotto, solarium, relaxation areas, mineral water fountain, Kneipp course, infrared cabin, fitness room, garden with deck chairs, indoor pool, outdoor swimming pool with whirlpool and waterfall jets, children's pool, tea corner, outdoor hot tub, and relaxation room in pine wood with Gothic Stuben. In addition, treatments also for the couples, massages, relaxing activities for body and mind with the daily Move & Balance program, Spa Suite, Medical SPA with physiotherapists, and gym with Technogym equipment.
