After the winter break, the Sissi Gardens in Merano reopen.
Everything is ready to inaugurate this new season among seductive fragrances and aromatic spices. A riot of colours is ready to welcome lovers of flowers and plants from all over the world in the 80 botanical environments on an area of 12 hectares. Despite the cold weather of recent days, the flowers are ready to bloom: daffodils, tulips, magnolias, bellflowers, Japanese cherry trees, laurel and rosemary await the first warm rays of spring. Also for this new season the Sissi Gardens are waiting for you with many events.
In this season, the Gardens of Trauttmansdorff Castle will celebrate their 20th anniversary. Opened in 2001, they are one of the most popular destinations in South Tyrol. The focus will be on the theme of biodiversity.
There will be established events such as the World Music Festival, Friday evening openings in the summer months, family days...
