Panoramic Trail of Falzes

The Panoramic Trail of Falzes is a pleasant circular hike above the sunny village of Falzes (Puster Valley). This easy route, suitable for everyone, crosses flowering meadows, cultivated fields, and shaded woodland, passing by crosses, chapels, and traditional farms. Along the way, hikers enjoy wonderful views of the village and the impressive Plan de Corones, making it an ideal walk for families and nature lovers.

Starting from the Sichelburg restaurant in the center of Falzes, the trail heads west to the Tiefenthalerhof farm. Keeping right, the path enters the forest and leads to a serpentine bend, where signs point to “Bachstöckl”. From here, the route continues to Kofler Road and returns to the starting point via Riedinger Road.

How to get there:

  • By car: from the Brenner motorway A22, exit Bressanone/Val Pusteria, continue on SS49 to Chienes, then follow signs to Falzes.
  • By public transport: from the Brunico Mobility Center, take bus 421 or 422 to Falzes, stop at Municipio (421+422) or Via Sichelburg (422).
